4. Public Comment
   1. Total time allowed for public comment is 30 minutes from time of first speaker
   2. Each speaker will be allowed up to 5 minutes
   3. Rules: Comments should be directed at Port Board Members, Executive Director or Fiscal Officer. Guests of the Port Board are not part of the public comment section for questions.

To consider confidential information related to the marketing plans, specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets, or personal financial statements of an applicant for economic development assistance, or to negotiations with other political subdivisions respecting requests for economic development assistance, provided that both of the following conditions apply: pursuant to Ohio Revised code Section 121.22 (G)(8)
   122. And to consider the purchase of certain real and personal property for public purposes, pursuant to the authority set out at Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(2)
