Submittal

Electronic submissions must include the completed application, files for all plans, and the Permit Fee Deposit per the Fee Schedule.

Hard Copy submissions must include a completed and signed application plus four [4] full sets of full-size plans to scale, plus 2 sets of site plans and Permit Fee Deposit per Fee Schedule.
