The Village of Mt. Orab Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM to review proposed zoning regulations, the High Tech Overlay District, and a proposed amendment to the Village Zoning Map for the following properties:

107 West Main Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio

117 West Main Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio

201 West Main Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio

The hearing will be held at:

First Baptist Church

704 South High St.

Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154

At this hearing, any interested person may submit written comments or present oral testimony regarding the proposed zoning regulations and zoning map amendment.

Individuals wishing to speak during the hearing are encourage to contact the Village Office at 937-444-4141 to be placed on the agenda. Public comments will be heard for 1 hour of the meeting.
