• Evaluating the rezoning of properties located at 412 and 420 North High St. from R1 Single-Family Residential to Neighborhood Business (NB).  The owner is requesting that approximately 38 acres that is currently zoned R1-Single Family Residence be changed to Neighborhood Business.
