Ms. Ernst would like to place a 4 foot fence 17 feet from edge of road. 

Sec 502.6 Accessory Uses

For lots that are on a corner with two fronting streets, no part of any accessory bulding/structure on such corner lot shall be nearer a side street lot line than 25 feet.
